We are the independent adjusters assigned on behalf of the Insurers of GP Fuels Inc.


Please be advised that on July 24th, 2021, diesel fuel was delivered into the regular gas
tank and regular gas into the diesel tank by the fuel delivery company servicing the
Langdon Gas Plus location. GP Fuels confirms that customers that purchased regular gas
did not receive pure diesel and those that purchased diesel did not receive all regular gas.
The fueling error did not affect any premium gas purchases.


We are currently investigating the fuel mix-up and are looking to contact all fuel station
customers with affected vehicles.


Customers that purchased fuel between 9:00 AM on Saturday, July 24, 2021 and 9:45 AM
Tuesday, July 27, 2021, and had their engines flushed, may contact the undersigned by
email to forward their claim for reimbursement. Please ensure to include the following
information in your submission,

   · Your name, vehicle year, make & model, VIN # and license plate no.
   · The original gas purchase receipt & supporting bank/credit card statement for the fuel
   · The paid engine flush service invoice
   · Any related expense invoices directly related to this incident

We ask that all customers experiencing engine difficulty subsequent to receiving an engine
flush report to their auto insurer for handling. Please note that your comprehensive auto
insurance provider will record the details of this letter and later present the claim to us on
your behalf after making any necessary repairs.


In the event you do not have effective comprehensive automobile insurance, please advise
so and we will reach out to yourselves to discuss an action plan for reviewing any
potential damages associated with this incident.


Depending on the volume of claims reported, our adjusters kindly ask for your patience
while they review and respond to each of your individual claims. We thank you in advance
for your cooperation and apologize for inconveniences in connection with this incident.

team.
